Planning Your Learning is an online tool to assist you to develop a learning plan and then help you to reflect upon your learning as part of your continuing education for ministry. It can be used by anyone who is thinking about their own personal or professional development and who wants to explore further learning as part of their discipleship journey.
Through a series of questions, prompts and reflective exercises this tool firstly creates a plan summary which can be used as the basis for a further conversation with your Synod Training & Development Officer (or equivalent) and when applying for funding to support your proposed learning programme or activity.
After the training has taken place Part 2 of Planning Your Learning offers an evaluation tool helping you to consider any next steps you may need to take as well as helping you to producing a report on your learning experience.
